Former international cricketer Michael Hussey was born on May 27, 1975, and is now an Australian cricket coach as well as commentator. Hussey, who played all forms of the game, is famous for his nickname ‘Mr. Cricket.’ With a very successful international career, Hussey, in 2006, had been a top-ranked ODI batsman in the world. In first-class cricket, Hussey was vice-captain of the Western Warriors in Australia and played for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. He started his playing career with his native Western Australian Warriors team. Hussey, in his career, scored a total of 6,741 runs. In 2004-05, he earned a Cricket Australia contract. On December 29, 2012, he announced his retirement.
